For Infamy 2, I did get the Mastermind and Fugitive Skill reduction so I’m going to do a typical crossoff on skills I had that were in my old build that I don’t use and bold on skills I do use. If I did remove a section because I didn’t need the skills anymore, it’s not going to be listed.
- Martial Arts
- Basic: You take 50% less damage from melee attacks. Because of training.
- Pumping Iron
- Basic: Your melee attack against non-special enemies do 100% more damage.
- Basic: The lower your health, the more damage you do. When your health is less than 50%, you will do up to 250% melee and saw damage.
- Ace: The lower your health, the more damage you do. When your health is less than 50%, you will do up to 100% more ranged damage as well. Note: Does not apply to throwables, grenade launchers, and rocket launchers. Entering berserker state negates third party regeneration effects.
